As soon as I went home from the concert last night, I fell asleep and woke up today barely making it to school on time. I’ve got a tough set of lungs trying to battle the inability to receive enough air. Went to the blood drive and it was quite the experience! A lengthy set of interviews and lung tests to see if I could qualify for blood donation, and luckily I was. The first few moments it was hard for me to adjust to the blood lost, but soon enough I was feeling lively again. Hopefully my blood gets to save some lives or goes to people in need of it! Snacked on some food afterwards and relaxed a bit. After the blood drive, although I was a tad bit light headed, I felt great, who knows, maybe because it got some blood out of me and in doing so it pushed my body to work to try to be better.
